The following terms and conditions supersede any previous terms and conditions and DeMontbrayPilton. reserves the right to make changes to the website and this document at anytime.

1.2. DeMontbrayPilton reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

3.1. The nominated currency used for all transactions is Australian Dollars (AUD)

6. Shipping within Australia
6.1. Online orders for delivery within Australia are normally dispatched via Australia Post and usually arrive within 2-4 working days from dispatch.
6.2. Standard Delivery rates are FREE in the listed countries
7. Shipping to Europe including the UK
7.1. Online orders for delivery to Europe (those countries within the EU) are normally dispatched via Australia Post and should usually arrive within 3-10 working days from dispatch.
7.2. Standard Delivery rates for delivery to Europe is FREE
7.3. DeMontbrayPilton does not accept any responsibility for customs delays; these will solely be the responsibility of the purchaser.
8. Other International Shipping
8.1. DeMontbrayPilton ships to most destinations around the world via Australia Post.
8.2. Orders should normally arrive within 5-10 working days from dispatch.
8.3. DeMontbrayPilton does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
8.4. International customers (customers outside of Australia) will need to check with their local customs office in regard to what, if any, duty you may be liable for when the order arrives.
8.5. The Standard Shipping Rate to all international destinations is FREE. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.
9. DISPATCH OF ORDERS
9.1. Orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.
9.2. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.
10. Acceptance of Goods
10.1. On receiving the order, the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage.

12.4. All items are subject to inspection. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.
